We collect personal information in the following ways:

  • Enquiries and contact: When you email us or message us through social media, we receive your email address/username, name, and the contents of your message.

  • Bookings: Trip bookings and payments are handled by our booking partner, Bookeo, not directly by this website. When you book a trip, Bookeo collects information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details on our behalf. Bookeo's own privacy policy (available at bookeo.com) governs how that information is processed. We receive your booking details (name, contact details, trip date, party size) from Bookeo in order to run your trip.

  • Website usage data: Our website is built on Squarespace, which automatically places some cookies to make the site work (see our [Cookie Policy] for details) and, if enabled, collects anonymised analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). See the Cookies section below.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are booking a trip that includes a child, please provide their details only as needed for safety and trip logistics (e.g. age for safety briefings), and only a parent or guardian should submit that information.

Who we share your information with

  • Bookeo — our booking and payment platform, used to take and manage bookings.

  • Squarespace — our website host and platform provider, which processes standard hosting and (if enabled) analytics data.

  • We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, they do so under recognised legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy framework.

How long we keep your information

  • Enquiry emails: kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted.

  • Booking and payment records: kept for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law (currently up to 6 years), as held by Bookeo and, where applicable, our own records.

  • Analytics data: kept in aggregated/anonymised form and is not used to identify you individually.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your information ("right to be forgotten")

  • Restrict or object to how we use your information

  • Data portability (receive your data in a portable format)
